Privacy
After Turnstile verification, verified question text and decision data are stored indefinitely for analysis. This includes your submitted choices, TypeSafe decision trace and outcome, and the generated or fallback response you see.
Requests rejected before Turnstile verification retain only limited metadata. After verification, a request may be retained with its question, choices, and decision data even if TypeSafe cannot return a decision. IP addresses and Turnstile tokens are not stored by AskCat. Provider secrets are not stored either.
TypeSafe processes your question and choices to make the cat’s decision. OpenRouter processes the verified request and fixed outcome to phrase the response. Cloudflare Turnstile processes anti-bot signals. Read Turnstile’s privacy policy.
If you use the microphone button, your browser’s built-in speech recognition turns your voice into text. AskCat never receives audio, only the text that ends up in the question box. Your browser may send the audio to its own speech service (for example Google in Chrome or Apple in Safari) under that company’s privacy policy.
